Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executives to join our team. The role involves managing data, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and database updates.

Manage documentation, filing, and maintain organized records.

Prepare and share quotations for clients.

Enter and maintain purchase orders in Excel sheets as per requirements.

Coordinate effectively with Sales and Accounts teams to ensure timely task completion.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and policies.

Handle email correspondence and respond promptly and professionally.
Requirements

Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.

Proficiency in MS Office and computer operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum qualification: 10th pass.

English proficiency is a must.
