Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executives to join our team. The role involves managing data, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and database updates.

  • Manage documentation, filing, and maintain organized records.

  • Prepare and share quotations for clients.

  • Enter and maintain purchase orders in Excel sheets as per requirements.

  • Coordinate effectively with Sales and Accounts teams to ensure timely task completion.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and policies.

  • Handle email correspondence and respond promptly and professionally.


Requirements

  • Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer operations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass.

  • English proficiency is a must.
